He was the sales head at Modicare, Vice President at Biotique Network Marketing and CMO at Alken International in Malaysia.

Gautam ventured on his own 5 years ago by starting up Vestige marketing, a MLM company. Today Vestige is an extremely successful venture with a turnover of Rs 400 million & a Pan-India presence.

He also has many consultancy contracts with multinational companies & has a training contract with ICICI Lombard.

Dolly Kumar is a professionally qualified Cosmetics Engineer and has successfully launched cosmetics and skin care brands in India. She has been trained under consultants from Estee Lauder. In the past she has launched a leading skin care brand in Eastern India and has also launched Essential 20, the skin care & cosmetic brand from Modicare. She has undertaken numerous consultancy assignments for leading brands to advise them on brand management & private labels. Her other
assignments include co-creator & business
head of Colorbar cosmetics.
